Insurance Producer Inquiry  
Please read the instructions below, then click the "Continue" button to enter the Producer Inquiry
The producer license inquiry is available Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm central time.
To accommodate system maintenance, the system is not available on Sundays.
 
To search by SSN or FEIN:
 

(ID:) If you know the social security number, ex. 999-99-9999, Insert the id, including dashes and click the "View Detail " button.

For the fein - federal employer id number, ex. 99-9999999, Insert the id including dash and one extra space after the last number and click the "View Detail " button.

  
To search by Name:  
 

(Name:) is used for partial name search. (lastname firstname mi)
Example - john b doe key in as doe joh
Example - xyz insurance key in as xyz ins
